2006 Book Challenge: Just Read Already
27. Bite; Laurel K. Hamilton, Charlaine Harris, Maryjanice Davidson, Angela Knight, Vickie Taylor (297 pages)
A collection of short stories from like-genre authors; I got it because Charlaine Harris's story bridged Dead as a Doornail and Definitely Dead. Not essential, but I'm enjoying her work so much I figured...what the heck?
It was my first 'taste' (sorry, sorry) of Hamilton: Matt told me he's heard that in recent Hamilton books, the plot is becoming an increasingly transperant device to stick together bits of porn. Having read this short story, I'm willing to believe it!
