For those lucky Californians

Dear Friends,

The Jackson Browne Songbooks have arrived, and more are on their way. Click here to check them out, along with the rest of the great selection of other items in the official online store.

Jackson Browne has two upcoming shows in June!

Jackson Browne, Ozomatli, and Venice will be performing a benefit concert Sunday, June 5, at the Memorial Greek Theatre, an outdoor venue residing on the campus of Santa Monica High School. The show begins at 2 PM and supports music programs in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District.

Tickets are on sale now at all Ticketmaster locations. You can also visit our Website tour page for the link.
The benefit supports music programs in Santa Monica Title 1 elementary schools Edison, McKinley, Muir, and Rogers, as well as their feeder schools, John Adams and Lincoln Middle Schools. The concert also supports For The Arts Endowment. Music programs benefiting include 3rd grade general music, 4th and 5th grade choral music, and Dream Winds, which provides semi-private instrumental music instruction to disadvantaged students.

Thanks for supporting the music!

ACOUSTIC BENEFIT PERFORMANCE

We are also pleased to announce that on June 18, 2005, Jackson will be performing a solo acoustic benefit for Camp Winnarainbow, a circus and performing arts camp. It will be an afternoon of music & fun with Master of Ceremonies Wavy Gravy.

Camp Winnarainbow provides the opportunity for children (and adults) to discover new realms of personal achievement, communion with nature, and have BIG FUN at the same time. For over 30 years, kids (and adults) have run away to join our circus in Northern California's beautiful Mendocino County.

Drawing from knowledge of circus and the performing arts, the camp teaches timing, balance, and a sense of humor. Kids learn respect for themselves, others, and the environment. They honor the creative spirit of each child in an atmosphere of approval and mutual encouragement. The goal is to provide a training ground to nurture future leaders for a harmonious and sustainable world.

Attendance at the benefit performance may be secured by making a $200 contribution to Camp Winnarainbow's Grace and Joy Scholarship Fund. To order by phone, please call 510-869-4564.
